Care Monique is an award-winning Serial Entrepreneur, Business Coach & Facilitator, and Grief Advocate who is known for her transparency, creativity, and hard work ethic. Through her business It’s All Business Consulting (formally Care Monique LLC) she has helped over 800 entrepreneurs start, grow, or reimagine their business idea turning them into successful business owners and profitable companies.

Care has coached in numerous community programs and accelerators for entrepreneurs across the nation. She is the author and curator of Today In Grief, a grief platform that includes a podcast, grief journals and resources, as well as provides community engagement activities. She has been recognized by Spring GR as a Rising Star in the West Michigan Small Business Eco system, and was the recipient of New Bethel Baptist Church Ruth Evans Trailblazer Award in 2023.

Her signature talks ‘Today In Grief: Using your grief to gratify your gifts’ and ‘It was All a Dream: Waking up the business that keeps you up at night’ have propelled her into spaces that she could only have imagined just a few short years ago.
