Alicia James is a dynamic entrepreneur, public speaker, and advocate for women-owned businesses. As the founder and Chief Brand Advisor of Flamingo Consulting, a digital marketing agency established in 2013, she has dedicated over a decade to empowering women entrepreneurs across various industries, including real estate, law, manufacturing, and the non-profit sector.

Alicia’s passion for supporting women-led enterprises stems from her belief that entrepreneurship enables women to create lives where family and wealth grow together. Through Flamingo Consulting, she has assisted startups in developing effective marketing strategies, providing them with the tools to thrive in competitive markets.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Alicia is a divorced mother of three daughters. She is committed to showing them that the world offers more than traditional 9-to-5 jobs and that it’s possible to build one’s own dreams rather than working solely to fulfill someone else’s. Her journey from corporate employee to stay-at-home mom to successful business owner serves as an inspiration to women seeking to break free from traditional molds and pursue their passions.

In her spare time, Alicia loves to travel, sip amazing wines, enjoy far too much caffeine, and watch reruns of “Gilmore Girls.”
